PM Har Ghar Bijli Muft Yojna is a government initiative aimed to offers free electricity to every Indian home. Non-electrified households will be provided with free connections and free usage on a monthly basis. The scheme reduces dependence on kerosene, provides special priority to low-income and SC/ST individuals, and targets remote villages. It also encourages energy-efficient appliances to save costs. Project Saksham

Project "Saksham" is a collaborative effort between Hero MotoCorp Ltd and ASDC (Automotive Skills Development Council) that is dedicated to empowering women through the training of women as two-wheeler technicians in the auto industry.Through intensive training and hands-on practice, the women students acquire the technical expertise and hands-on experience required to build successful careers in the fast-changing automobile sector. The program not only enhances employment prospects but also promotes gender equality in technical environments that were historically controlled by men.Project Saksham members are given skill certification schemes that comprise essential segments of two-wheeler repair, maintenance, and servicing. The project aims to empower women, make them skillful, and enable them to contribute positively to the workforce, as envisioned by an empowered and skilled India.Training and Assessment Duration with Certification ensures that all the candidates are work-ready and certified for the skill.
